Over here in 2025, it’s so interesting how referral sources have changed since I started practicing audiology 14 years ago. Some thing stay the same, and some things are way changed!
It used to be that people with hearing loss and users of hearing aids would find me in the phone book and in the yellow pages.
Now, here in Louisville Colorado these days half of people who find me find me through Google. People usually search “audiologist near me”. Instead of just seeing my name and that I provide hearing healthcare, new patients walk in having access to my photo, reviews, and a whole bunch of information about the clinic before they even fill out their paperwork.
